And, now for the sadness. We (I mean I) gave our puppy to another loving home. I haven't been forgiven, and don't think I ever will. My 12 year old won't talk to me, and is very angry. I suck what can I say.
BUT, in my defense, I had no idea what I was in for. We are never home, and she was always in her kennel, and I didn't think that was fair. She is the sweetest dog, but she is a puppy, and is very needy (as far as the potty training), and we weren't home enough to do it. My SIL Sonya had a cute lady from her work that saw her pictures, and fell completely in love with her (can't say I blame her, she is cute!), she picked her up today. They are dog people, they already have 2 other dogs, and they understand what they are getting themselves into. I have already had the stress in my life taken down about 90 notches, so I am much happier!
As a side note, for anyone that has never, ever had a dog, and is thinking about getting one, think long and hard. And then think long and hard for another 10 days, and then go on vacation, and think about it some more. They are so cute, but holy snot they are so time consuming. They are nothing like having a baby. You can put a diaper on a baby, and put them down for a nap, and babies don't lick themselves, and then want to lick you.
I hope that Kylee will one day forgive me, and talk to me again. Roxy is in a better place for her right now, I am a nut job, and this has definately made me realize that I do infact need to be on anxiety medication...FOREVER.
